HI, I'm Carolyne and I am ridiculously passionate about the fact that we have the ability to choose the kind of life we live. I have studied the Law of Attraction for over 11 years, became a Louise Hay Heal Your Life licensed teacher (what a powerful part of my journey)  and studied some of the greatest spiritual teachers of our time. I have tried and tested many of the theories from an objective experimental viewpoint and now I have absolutely no doubt at all that we have the power within us to create whatever kind of life that we choose to live.

You will definitely not find me in a clinical environment with a clipboard and projector screen. However, what you will find is a real person who has been through real life experiences. I have had to learn to dig myself out of few holes and make my way through many of life's storms, and by doing so, I have gained a fair bit of experience that I can use to help you do the same. So that your rise above your challenges with flying colours, wiser, more connected to yourself and living a life that lights you up from inside out.
 
I have been helping people for 11 years now and I know from my journey just how important it  is to have somebody we trust and know has our back walk by  our side. Someone to encourage us, spur us on as well as giving us tried and tested tools to help us achieve the life we want to live. This support helps to open new doors, create a vision of a brighter future and live a life of love. 

Support that’s founded in real-life experience
I’m not a conventional counsellor – I teach from a place of personal experience. My early life was difficult and, as I grew older, I found myself repeating unhealthy behaviour cycles and relationships. I was essentially unable to lead a functional, fulfilling life. After a spiritual awakening, I taught myself the tools needed to dig myself out of that place and engage with life in a more meaningful way. 
 
It’s this life experience and honesty that helps me connect with people, put them at ease, and foster a safe space without judgement. I’m living proof of our capacity to change and that, by creating a beautiful vision for life and letting go of negative energy, anything is possible.
 
A personalised approach that’s tailored to your needs
I work in different ways with different people, often in person but sometimes via Skype or phone. Much of my coaching work draws upon various tools and approaches – specialising in a range of coaching techniques means I have a varied toolbox to call upon depending on what’s needed. However, if you feel drawn to a particular form of coaching, such as soul coaching, I’ll tailor the sessions accordingly.
 
Ultimately, coaching of any kind is about identifying areas to grow and gaining the skills needed to make those changes. That’s what you can expect of our sessions. However we go about it, whatever path we take, I’ll help you gain a new sense of clarity, let go of negative baggage, and gain the confidence you need to grasp exciting new opportunities.
