Are you fed up with putting everyone else first, feeling
tired and worn out and operating on empty and asking
yourself “when is it my turn?” Do you regularly take
time out for yourself to restore your mind and body so
that when you show up for those you love you feel
refreshed and clear minded? Do you gift yourself with
radical self-care? You may long for some ‘me’ time – to
get off the automated treadmill of life, enjoy some
laughter and time spent with like-minded woman all
desiring the same.
In this retreat we will take time for gentle
self-reflection and renewal, looking at what is working
in our lives and what isn’t (and how to lovingly let go
of or transform the “what isn’t” into something
beautiful). As well as time alone and/or time to create
new friendships while creating life long bonds and
connecting with your tribe. We joyfully gather together
each day sharing music, movement, small group work,
prayer, meditation and laughter, leaving the afternoons
to do whatever you would like (a relaxing massage or a
snooze?) – or to do simply do nothing.
Nestled in some of England’s most beautiful countryside
is the exquisite market town of Romsey.
“The jewel in the crown of Hampshire!”
Romsey has everything you could
want for a day out or a longer stay. The picturesque
town of Romsey in Hampshire is home to a multitude of
small independent retailers and its winding streets add
to Romsey’s charm.
The retreat venue itself is stunning! With an English
walled garden (the roses smell truly exquisite!) and a
labyrinth this is a beautiful venue with excellent
facilities. Wisdom House is described as a tranquil
meeting space offering warm hospitality.

What to expect from a Karen Drucker & Carolyne
Bennett Retreat
We believe in creating community and connection between
women. We do that in a way that is heart opening and fun
by utilizing lots of singing (no - you don’t have to be
a good singer, or know any of Karen’s songs!), group
exercises and discussions (in groups of 2 or 4 women),
and lots of shared wisdom and laughter. There are times
when tears are appropriate, and we support each other
lovingly through those times. Being in a group of
like-minded women and sharing our lives allows us to
open our hearts and connect to each other and ourselves
in a deeper way. “Awaken the Wonder Woman Within” will
lead us on a path of self-discovery, looking at what our
hearts are calling us towards, what we need to let go
of, and what we want to step into.
Become your own superhero! This retreat is for you if you
want to:
- Be uplifted by music that inspires and heals.
- Learn a new level of self-love
- Gain clarity on the next step(s) in your life.
- Walk away with tools on how to practice radical
self-care.
- Eat great food, be surrounded by love and be
pampered.
- Spend some quality time on YOU.
- Be seen and heard.
- Sing, laugh, make new friends, and return home with
a faith lift!
No matter if you have been to a Karen Drucker or Carolyne
Bennett retreat before - each one is different based on
who shows up and what is happening with ourselves and in
the world.

Located on The Abbey, Romsey, Hampshire SO51 8EL, we are

left-hand side. Our location is identified by a black
sign saying, ‘Daughters of Wisdom, Wisdom House’ and a
notice board underneath saying, ‘Wisdom Centre.’
